CloseProtectionHire.com is a security services intermediary. We facilitate the identification, vetting, and engagement of independent licensed security operators on behalf of clients. We do not directly employ close protection officers, security drivers, or guards.

The security operators recommended through this platform are independent businesses holding their own licences, insurance, and legal obligations in their respective jurisdictions. Any engagement of a security operator is a contract between the client and that operator.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

Security services reduce risk. They do not eliminate it.

No representation is made that any security arrangement, however thorough, will prevent all harm. The effectiveness of security measures depends on many factors outside our control, including the actions of third parties, environmental conditions, and circumstances that cannot be anticipated.

We do not guarantee personal safety, freedom from harm, or specific outcomes from any security engagement.

3. Vetting standards

Operators are vetted according to our published three-tier framework (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Vetting reduces but does not eliminate the possibility of operator error, misconduct, or performance failure.

Vetting information is correct at the date of verification. We maintain scheduled review cycles, but circumstances may change between reviews. We accept no liability for operator conduct after the date of their most recent vetting review.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with any engagement arranged through this platform is limited to the fees paid to us for that arrangement.

We accept no liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage arising from the use of this website or any security engagement arranged through it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry creates no binding obligation on either party. A binding arrangement is created only when a written proposal has been accepted by the client in writing.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry without providing a reason.

6. Confidentiality

Client information shared through this platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We treat all enquiries as confidential. We will not share client information with operators or third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

7. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to gather competitive intelligence, to scrape content for republication, or for any purpose that would constitute a breach of applicable law.
