Any guard posted at an Athens address works under Law 2518/1997, as updated by Law 3707/2008, and must hold a current Hellenic Police licence. Residential posts are unarmed: Article 5 of Law 2518/1997 bars private security staff from carrying weapons outside a short list of public-building, bank, museum, infrastructure and cash-transport duties.
Kolonaki Apartments and Kifissia Villas
The two Athens housing patterns need different surveys. In Kolonaki, the embassy and business district, the building's own entrance control is the first layer to test.
